We have noticed lots of people responding to caring for the mental health of the world and our nation during this stressful and critical time.  We want you to know that we understand the unique needs of teens and families of color and (as promised) we want to provide you with resources specific to you.  We hope that you can make use of these sources of vital information in moderation (so that you are not overwhelmed and inundated with information overload) and we hope that our provision of these resources lets you know that you are always SEEN, even in times of crisis.

Ideally, we recognize that we are all in this together and one of the best ways to do that is to highlight our diversity and call out ways to support and honor that diversity, especially in times of crisis.

Following is a brief list of places to go to get news on diverse populations for mental health and health in general during this time.  Stay tuned as we will continue to update our website with resources for you and yours.
