Jody Lee

Jody Lee (she/her) is the Special Projects Coordinator for the AAKOMA Project. Jody was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and spent her teenage and early adulthood years in Florida. After returning to Brooklyn, she finished college with a B.A. in Psychology from Brooklyn College. Jody began her social services/nonprofit career while working at an organization assisting children from families going to divorce or other transitions. Making a difference for those that couldn’t help themselves gave her a great sense of joy and satisfaction!
 
Jody currently resides in Bladensburg, MD with her cat Bagheera. In her free time, she enjoys drinking bubble tea, checking out new restaurants, and catching up on the Real Housewives.
