Keka Sircar
Keka Sircar (she/her) has more than 20 years of experience as a business strategist and lawyer in micro-to medium-sized nonprofit organizations, mission-driven businesses, and law firms. As Managing Director, Strategy, Culture, and Care, she partners with Dr. Alfiee to develop unique ideas and streamline processes based in simplicity and inclusivity, as the AAKOMA Project enters the next phase of growth and programming. Prior to joining AAKOMA Project, Keka supported annual planning and goal setting at Fair Trade USA, evaluated artist program value at Fractured Atlas, built strategic proofs of concept to improve the health of communities at Premier, Inc, and evolved a new private family foundation into a sustainable business at All Points North Foundation. Having grown up in Ann Arbor, she is a proud graduate of University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) with a BA in psychology, and Indiana University with a JD and MBA.
Keka lives in Chicagoland with her husband and feisty youngling, and loves thinking about food, eating, and the connection to healthcare, practicing yoga, and infusing music into life.
