Lexy Fields

Lexy Fields (she/her) is the Senior Executive Liaison for The AAKOMA Project. Lexy grew up in Oklahoma before moving to live between Nashville, Tennessee and London, England to earn a B.B.A in Music Business from Belmont University. In her entertainment career, she worked for artists such as Lionel Richie, Dave Matthews Band, Chris Stapleton, and more. After moving into non-profit work, Lexy dedicated her time to focusing on girls’ rights and fighting gender inequality before bringing her project management and organizational skills to AAKOMA. Lexy is passionate about mental health, setting healthy boundaries, curating playlists, traveling, and reading fantasy books. She currently resides in Washington, D.C. with her blind cat Persephone.
